After a successful career in sales and marketing management within the travel industry, I had the desire to put the skills I had developed over the years into something that could really benefit others.  My father was a home builder in upstate New York, so I learned a lot about quality construction (and how to read blueprints) at an early age!  My comprehensive experience with high-level contract negotiations in the cruise line and resort industry, coupled with excellent communication and marketing skills have greatly contributed to my success.

I moved to Arizona from West Palm Beach, Florida in 1993.  I lived in Scottsdale for a few years, and then decided that for me, part of the "magic" of Arizona was having a great feeling of the outdoors and the beautiful mountains of the desert.  I discovered the terrific small-town atmosphere of Cave Creek/Carefree, bought a small horse ranch, and that has been my home ever since.
